i'm starting to question how useful they really are. My sister, Molly, is the best but her two ex-boyfriends, better are anything but cool. The Eagles ARE going to the Super Bowl. I hope.I really like my City Year teammates, expecially Gary/Tyreek and Alison. Everyone needs to find somewhere that sells Gulliver's coffee and get yourself some Pepperment hot cocoa. Septa is a BITCH. Christian comes back to Philly on Sunday. Lee is the absolute most wonderful older brother that could ever be. I love my roommate Dan. xoxoxoxo We tried to make Play-Doh. It didn't work so we made Oobleck instead. abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz. why are keyboards set up like they are. i jumped on a bed with 5 three year olds and sang three little monkeys jumping on the bed. it was the best thing ive done in a while. lindsay is coming to philadelphia. im not sure whether he cares. i was hating on coldplay for so long but i've fallen into the coldplay craze. lost in translation tommorow. i miss megan dan and molly. i'm not sure if it's time to move on. The secrets to a happy life are a really great kalidescope and a ceiling fan. By the way, if you ever live in an apartment and work a 8-6 job, DON'T EVER GET ANYTHING SENT TO YOU BY UPS. my sister
So my sister and her two best friends came to Philadelphia to see me. I'd like to outline their visit and their new hatred of my roommate and his best friend. THE HIGHLIGHTS 1. Mike stresses of every vowel. If he was to say the previous sentence, it would be pronounced : Miiiiikeeeeeeeee's streeeeeeeessiiiing ooooof eeeeeeeeeveeeeeery vooooooweeeeeeeeel. It's so fun to talk to him. 2. The fact that Matt talked for 3 weeks previous to their arrival about "how hot Molly was" and "how excited he was to see her." I never had the heart to tell him that Molly or any of her roommates were NOT excited to him him at all, he just happened to live here. 3. That Matt writes on the WHITE walls in my dining room with PERMANENT marker. He never paid his share of the security deposit. 4. That Molly and Erin had to sleep togethor in the living room, leaving Molly on a couch that would comfortably fit a two year old, because "they need to be safe from Matt." 5. That Wyetta doesn't know what a security building is, and thought she'd alert the rest of the building that the Liberty Bell isn't in the security building by yelling "HEY! WHERE'S THE BELL?" 6. The guy dressed like a forest ranger at the Liberty Bell that talked to us for about 15 minutes. The conversation went like this. (Aftr Erin said she was an English major) To Erin: So, are you any good at public speaking? Erin: Well I haven't done it in a while. To Molly: Are you enjoying Philadelphia? Molly: Yes To Erin: So, are you any good at public speaking? Erin: Well I haven't done it in a while. To Wyetta: So you girls go to Notre Dame? Wyetta: Yep. To Erin: So, are you any good at public speaking? Erin: Well I haven't done it in a while. This went on until he asked you about 6 times. 7. Erin's diagram of how Mike and Matt are less than everyone else in the world, using a piece of paper, scissors, a salt shaker, a glass, and some other things. We have a picture if anyone needs a visual. 8. When Matt made fag jokes. He impressed them SOOO much. Way to win them over, buddy. It was a blast. My sister and her friends are awesome. I wish they lived with me. It was the most fun in Philly I've had so far. |
